Aiguille du Rochefort 4.001m Express
Embark on the express ascent of the Aiguille du Rochefort (4,001 m) with David Pérez, a certified mountain guide from UIAGM, UIMLA, and AEGM. This express route is designed for climbers who want to reach one of the most prominent peaks in the Alps quickly and effectively, while still experiencing the technical challenge and spectacular nature of the mountain. Day 1: Meeting in Chamonix and review of the program, material, etc… Rope management workshop (climbing, climbing skills, rappelling, belaying, belaying, meetings…) School zone of Les Gaillants.
Day 2: Climbing Cosmics ridge / Punta Lachenal, AD (IV). Night in the Cosmics refuge.
Day 3: Traverse Midi – Helbronnen, climbing the Entrèves Ridge, AD. Overnight at Torino Hut.
Day 4: Climbing of the Rochefort Ridge, AD (3rd). Return to Chamonix by the Helbronner-Midi cable car (or by the Mt. Blanc tunnel in its absence).
- Clothing appropriate to the conditions (three-layer system).
- Short and long thermal T-shirt.
- Polar fleece or “Primaloft” (thin or thick depending on the season).
- Jacket and pants type “GORE-TEX” or similar.
- Mountain pants type “PRO-STRECH” or similar.
- Thermal leggings under pants in case of extreme cold (can be used as pajamas).
- Waterproof hiking boots of high cane and rigid sole type “vibram” (cramponable or semi-cramponable depending on the crampons you have).
- Socks.
- Underwear.
- Gaiters.
- Medium 30/40L backpack with rain cover.
- Sunglasses and goggles (or similar).
- Hat, sun hat, thin and thick waterproof gloves (depending on the season).
- Balaclava, Buff, etc…
- Protective cream for face and lips.
- Thermo for the day (optional).
- Headlamp (spare batteries).
- Harness.
- Anchor rope.
- Belay device with “REVERSO” type screw carabiner.
- Climbing shoes.
- Crampons with “anti boot”.
- Telescopic ski poles (optional).
- Ice axe.
- Helmet.
- Shelter sleeping bag.
- Personal hygiene kit.

- The previous arrangements of reservation in Refuges / Gitê / Hotel.

Not Included:
- Transport Spain-Chamonix round trip.
