Day 1:
From Valtonney ascend to sleep at Refugio Vittorio Sella 2,584m.
Optional day 1. Day 1 can be combined with day 2.
Day 2:
From Vittorio Sella we ascend to Gran Serraz 3552. From here descend to the Timorion glacier and ascend to the
ascend to the col of Grand Neyron… by North slope or we will go through the col of Loson
3300m. depending on the conditions, to descend to the refuge of Chaboz 2750m.
We will find a delicate pass to reach the Vivaco de Sberna 3400m. before the last pass.
Time: 6-7 hours.
Total elevation gain: +1300m, -1200m.
Day 3:
Expect a day of summiting one of the alpine four-thousanders with the best views as it lies off the main axis and is the only summit in the Alps.

Day 4:
From Enmanuelle Hut ascend to Gran Paradiso pass 3345m ,Ascent to Gran Paradiso pass 3345m.
Gran Paradiso 3345m. Descent by the Noaschetta glacier, we cross it to the West by its upper part to ascend to the col of Gran Paradiso 3345m.
to ascend to the pass that will give us access to the valley of Piantonetto where the refuge of Pontese is located.

Time: 6-7 hours
Elevation gain: +1000m, -1500m.
Day 5:
From Pontese hut ascend to Punta Ondezana 3492m and gradually descend to.
Lillaz 1617m (Cogne).
Time: 6-7 hours.
Elevation gain: +1300,-1900m.
It is mandatory for the client to bring this complete list of material at the time of starting the contracted program.
- Backpack (between 35-45 liters) with ski straps.
- Ski mountaineering equipment (skis, boots, skins, blades, poles). At least one spare sealskin (we recommend a pair).
- Safety equipment: DVA (with spare batteries), shovel and probe.
- Helmet, crampons and ice axe.
- Harness, anchor line and two safety carabiners. 1 ice screw (recommended).
- Technical clothing for hiking:
- Ski mountaineering pants.
- Thermal T-shirt (first layer). A spare for the shelter.
- Spare tights for the shelter.
- Fleece or similar (second layer).
- Gore-Tex jacket and pants (third layer).
- Primaloft or light down jacket.
- Neck warmer.
- Thin fleece-type gloves and thick gloves.
- Hat for the cold and cap for the sun.
- Sun and blizzard goggles.
- Headlamp (spare batteries).
- Sheet sack.
- Very small light towel.
- Water bottle and/or thermos, minimum 1.5 liter. In case of opting for a Camelbak type bag, bear in mind that the tube can freeze, so it is
- recommended to carry an auxiliary bottle.
- First aid kit and personal toiletry bag.
- Sunscreen and lip protection.
- Camera.

- Mountain guide.
- Transfers from Chamonix to the Aosta valley and back.

Does Not Include:
- Air ticket to Geneva/Turin (approx. 125 euros).

- Any unforeseen event due to weather conditions or security of the group that implies a change of route and entails a greater expense than budgeted.
