Gentle day of acclimatization to the altitude. Short ascent with skins of 40′ and long descent skiing to one of the most impressive places in the Swiss Alps, Konkordiplaze. Confluence of several glaciers that owes its name to its great resemblance to the famous Concordia glacier in the Pakistani Himalayas.
If we have time in the afternoon we can practice avalanche rescue.
Day 2: Konkordia Hut 2.850m – Wyssnollen 3.590m – Finsteraarhorn Hut 3.048m
We start the day descending by the mythical metal stairs of the refuge to the Konkordiaplatze glacier at 2.750m and gently climb up to the Grünhornlüke pass, descend to the Fieschergletscher glacier and climb the imposing Hyssllomen of 3.595m on skis to its summit. Descent back to the glacier on skis and short ascent to Finsteraarhorn hut 3.048m.
Day 3: Finsteraarhorn hut 3.048m – Grosses Fiescherhorn 4.049m – Konkordia hut 2.850m

Day 4: From Konkordia Hut 2.850m- Kranzberg 3.666m- Hollandia Hut 3.240m
From the Konkordia hut we will head to the Kranzberg peak of 3.640m to enjoy one of the most impressive panoramic views of the trek and descend again this time on its western slope to the Grosser Alechfirsland glacier and ascend progressively until we reach the gates of the endearing and spectacular Hollandiahutte hut. A 4-6 hours crossing through one of the most impressive glacier environments in the Alps.
Day 5: Hollandia Hut 3.240m – to Avenifluer Peak 3.962 m – Fateralp 1.770 m
From Hut Hollandia it is usually possible to climb on skis to the very top of Avenifluer Peak 3.962m and descend to the hut where we will catch our breath and continue the impressive and endless descent down the Langgletscher Glacier to the village of Fateralp 1.770m. A great descent of more than 2,000 meters that will put our legs to the test….Return by train to Interlaken.
